Eligiblestudents will be able to see the Degree Auditlink under the Degree Explorer link in the‘Records’ section.Degree VerificationSee Official <strong>Western</strong> Letters in this section.Detailed Statement <strong>of</strong>AccountTo access your tuition fee bill, log intostudent.uwo.ca and select “DetailedStatement <strong>of</strong> Account.” You will be ableto view your account balance, installmentoptions and tuition payment details fivebusiness days after enrolling in courses.Diplomaswww.registrar.uwo.ca/index.cfm/student-records/diplomas/Diplomas are retained in the Office <strong>of</strong> theRegistrar for two years after Convocation.If you did not attend Convocation, yourdiploma can be picked up in person fromStudent Central, Room 1120 WSS beginning3 business days after your convocationceremony.If you are unable to obtain your diplomain person, then you can request yourdiploma to be mailed to you by visitingstudentservices.uwo.ca, under the ‘myPast’section.Diploma ReplacementsIf your diploma has been lost, damagedor destroyed a replacement diplomacan be reproduced.
