The risk analysis methodology specified in the <strong>AquaSure</strong> EMS has been used to conduct the environmental risk assessment. The methodology applied is consistent with that described in the D&C Risk Management Plan with the following variation. The environmental risk consequence level definitions on the final page of the environmental risk analysis contain more detail than the D&C Risk Management Plan to enable appropriate classification of environmental risks. Risks are classified as ‘extreme’, ‘high’, ‘medium’ or ‘low’ in the Environmental Risk Register and require documented controls. The Risk Register also captures residual risks. These will be implemented through Commissioning Management Strategies (Attachment I.2) and Work Area Packages (Section 4.5.1). // Page 36 // TDV-0-EV-SB-0021.I-03
