It was found, that thecomparatively high activity in this reaction shows (yield of ethylene -14%,acetylene – 26,4 %in conversion of methane – 70%) delaminated natural clinoptilolite with silicate moduleSiO 2 /Al 2 O 3 =10,8, containg ions Ca 2+ -7 weight % and Li + -8 weight %.On this catalyst it hasbeen studied kinetic laws of the reaction of OCM to ethylene and acetylene at atmosphericpressure in the quartz tube reactor with two beds of the same of equal volumes of the catalystby means a sectional feed of oxygen.Analysis of the products of the reaction in the outlet of I and II layer of catalyst show that inreactor take place the following reactions.Oxidative conversion of methane to ethane2CH 4 + 0.5O 2 = C 2 H 6 + H 2 OOxidative dehydrogenation of ethane to ethyleneC 2 H 6 + 0.5O 2 =C 2 H 4 = H 2 OOxidation of ethane to carbon dioxideC 2 H 6 + 3.5O 2 = 2CO 2 + 3H 2 OOxidation of ethane to carbon monoxideC 2 H 6 + 2.5O 2 = 2CO + 3H 2 OOxidative conversion of ethylene to acetyleneC 2 H 4 + 0.5O 2 = C 2 H 2 + H 2 OOn the basis of analysis of literature material and experimental data it has been suggested themechanism of the reaction of oxidative coupling of methane to C 2 H 6 , C 2 H 4 , CO 2 , CO andC 2 H 2It has been suggested the stage mechanism of the reaction of oxidative coupling of methaneinto ethylene and acetylene over natural clinoptilolite modified by cations Ca 2+ and Li + ,developed the kinetic model of the reactions and calculated kinetic parameters of this model.153
