GOLFEVENTS OFFERED: Level 2: 9-hole Alternate Shot Team PlayLevel 4: 9-hole Individual Stroke PlayCRITERIA FOR ADVANCEMENT:Level 2 Sectional Competition: An athlete must participate in aneight-week training program and three rounds of 9-hole alternateshot play. They must record and submit three score cards. Thegolf partner must be the same person during qualifying rounds,Sectional event, and Fall Sports Festival competitions.Level 4 Sectional Competition: An athlete must record and submitfour rounds of 9-hole golf, maintaining an average score of 70 orbelow.All athletes must participate in Sectional competition in order to advanceto the Fall Sports Festival. The results from Sectional competition willbe used to division for the Chapter competition.COMPETITION FORMAT (LEVEL 2): The form of play will be FoursomeRule 29 under the Rules of Golf (Alternate Shot). The players (athlete& golf partner) play alternately from the teeing grounds and thenalternate strokes until the ball is holed.
