The athletes must be ableto safely perform all of the skills in that level. In All Aroundcompetition, athletes must compete at the same level in allevents. Optional routines may be performed only by LevelIV gymnasts in all events after they perform their compulsoryroutines.CRITERIA FOR ADVANCEMENT: Athletes must participate in aSectional competition in order to advance to Summer Games.The results of the Sectionals will be used to division for theChapter competition.
