Athletesshould be chosen for higher level competition from among the1st, 2nd or 3rd place winners from all divisions. Areas mayestablish additional criteria for advancement to higher levelcompetition based on behavior, overnight stay or medicalconsiderations. Coaches may use additional criteria (i.e.,behavior, overnight stay, medical) to evaluate the athlete forhigher level competition.ACTIVATION: Areas will receive quota slots after thecompletion of the Area Track and Field meet.
