ConclusionDuring the research can be observed that most <strong>of</strong> these enterprises, despite the strong competition fromimported products are being well positioned in the market. Ferizajas’ businessmen (in cooperation withinvestors from abroad) have brought new technologies but also the cloud experience in the field <strong>of</strong> HRM,particularly in the area <strong>of</strong> motivation for work.
