These terms & conditions are applicable uniformly to all the cases of competitivesale of IRON ORE LUMP to be moved by road from Roida ‘ C ‘ Mine, At/Post.Matkambeda, District : Keonjhar, Odisha.2. These terms & conditions can not be changed (except the telephone numbers,Fax numbers and designations of the officers of the IDCOL & IKIWL mentionedin it) without obtaining prior approval of Chairman-Cum-Managing Director,Industrial Development Corporation of Orissa Limited (IDCOL), Bhubaneswar.3. The Tender document for bidding shall include Tender Call Notice, the terms &conditions, the General Bid format, Price Bid format.4. Inspection of Material - Offers are accepted on the assumption that thetenderers have inspected the materials and have known what they are biddingfor whether they have first inspected the materials or not and that the principleof “Caveat Emptor” shall apply. The material will be lifted from the designatedsite with all faults and errors in description or otherwise, if any.5. Quantity / Mode of Delivery – Quantity in the tender documents isapproximate and no warrantee or guarantee shall be implied. The quantity mayincrease / decrease depending on the site condition, logistics & availability ofmaterial. The bidders are advised to inspect the material before submission ofoffer.The delivery of material shall be on “As is where is and no complaint” basis.Delivery Period : Within 30 days from the date of obtaining ore removalpermission in all respect. Extension of delivery period can be allowed tomaximum of 90 days by M.D., IKIWL under exceptional circumstances only, witha valid reason duly recommended by Mines Manager.6. Price – The bidders are requested to quote the basic price per MT on 65% scalefraction pro-rata basis of the product only exclusive of Royalty, Governmentlevies and taxes as applicable. The price should be kept valid for a period of onemonth from the due date of submission of tender. This shall mean that thesuccessful Bidders, if called upon within the validity period to pay the prices
