SIGNIFICANT RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES39.1 Identity of related partiesParties are considered to be related to the Group if the Group has the ability, directly or indirectly, to control the party orexercise significant influence over the party in making financial and operation decisions, or vice versa, or where the Group andthe party are subject to common control or common significant influence. Related parties may be individual or other entities.Related parties of the Group include:i. Direct and indirect subsidiaries as disclosed in Note 46 to the financial statements;ii.iii.iv.Vertical Capacity Sdn Bhd and its holding company, Progressive Holdings Sdn Bhd, the major corporate shareholders ofthe Company;Associates and jointly controlled entities as disclosed in Note 46 to the financial statements;Key management personnel, which comprises persons (including the Directors of the Company) having authority andresponsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Group directly or indirectly; andv.
