The supplies will be tendered in accordance with the specification andSpecification is as approved by competent authority.2. It is clearly said that the specification referred to above shall be interpreted as theminimum standard of size and quality of supply which shall be accepted and the goodssupplied shall be best accordingatedthe reason.3. (a) The Government reserves the right to the issue the produce of any Govt. orGovt. aided/ personal scheme either any within or without the area covered bythe contract in lieu of any article being supplied by me/ us under the contractand I/We shall have claim against the GovernmenteleI-IG.-tc,tJO'tiu+tn+-t tlo.f...t-4~~r:-Ge-S-5atioo~su~ch.lssue!as damages or compensationor supplies i+1full or in-par:t--Ge-l,lse.d-b¥-(b) I/We shall ensure a sufficient & continuous supply of commodities through outthe period of my/our contract with due regard to sub-paras (a) and above.4. The supplies randerer will be subject to inspection and approval by the board ofofficers of the Commandant TPT Bn ITB Police any supplies rejected by the above.authorities on inspection before or during the issue will be replaced by me/us at ones.If not replaced, the officer concerned may proceed to procure the supplies at my/ourrisk_an_dexpense under the provisionof clause 7(ii) of the tender.Any supplies issued from Govt. stock accordance with clause 7 (ii) of tender shall be- -charged at Govt. issue rates published from time to time.5. In case of dispute between me/ us and the officer operating the contract regardingquality / quantities of the supplies tendered I/We agree to above by the decision ofthe Commandant TPT Bn ITB Police of such officer as may be detailed by him toinvestigatethe case and his decision shall be final and binding.Signature of tenderer/s
