,----TENDER FORM{lNSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERER)(With reference to the preparation and submission of tenders for the Retreading of Tyres'thr~ugh Cotd Pro~ess-with branded rubber)To,--:II iIIOn behalf of the President of India, I have to state that:1 Sealed tenders for the retreading of tyres through cold process with branded rubberunder Two Bid system shown in the attached schedule from 01-08-2014 to 31-07-2015will be received by the Commandant ,TPT Bn ITB Police up to 1500 hrs on 17-07-2014.Tenders must be sent under a strong cover, securely fastened sealed with a distinctivedevice and conspicuously marked "TENDER FORTHE RETREADINGOF TYRESTHROUGHCOLD PROCESSWITH BRANDED RUBBER".They must be addressed to the Commandant,TPT Bn ITB Police and not to be anv :officer by name. Then a tenderis sent by post this cover must be enclosed in a secondstrong cover. The outer cover will be addressed to the Commandant, ITB Police and'will not bear any indication of the contractor.
