-13 On issue of the notice of acceptance, the tender will become a contract in so far as thE!._notification shows the whole or part of the tender that has been accepted and the tenderer willfurnish the security deposit as specification in the acceptance of tender and handover theTreasury receipt I the Bank deposit receipt I Govt. security etc., lodged as security deposit tothe Commandant, ITB Police by the time and date as specified in the acceptance of tender. Until. *receipt of the security deposit in full or in the event of the non -submission of the securitydeposit in the earnest money will be retained and considered as part of the security and shallbe subject to disposal by Govt. in accordance with clause 2 of the tender. The successfultenderer will have to deposit security money @ 10% of the approved tender amount for. .which the tender has been accepted within fifteen days after issuing date of the letter ofacceptance.14. If you are the firm (i.e. you have a partner or partners) each one of you must sign the tender,the schedule and if it be not embodies in the schedule, the specification and conditions. If anypartner were absent forms will be signed his duly constituted attorney. If any partner sign thetender 'or any documents forming part of the contract on behalf of the firm the originalpartnership agreement or the power of attorney duly executed in his favour authorize him tobind the firm in all matters pertaining to the contract including the submission of any disputerelating to business of the firm to arbitration should be to the tender or such other document.
