::2::---4 The tenders have been invited under two bid system i.e. Technical Bid and Fin~ny '"bid. The interested Firms/ Agencies are advised to submit two separate sealed envelopessuper-scribing "Technical Bids" and Financial Bid for the Retreading of Tyres through ColdProcess with branded rubber on each envelope respectively Both the sealed envelopesshould be kept in a third sealed envelope super-scribing as already mentioned in above para(1).5 Conditional bid not be consider and will be out rightly rejected at the very firstinstance.\678All entries in the tender form should be legible and filled clearly. -13 On issue of the notice of acceptance, the tender will become a contract in so far as thE!._notification shows the whole or part of the tender that has been accepted and the tenderer willfurnish the security deposit as specification in the acceptance of tender and handover theTreasury receipt I the Bank deposit receipt I Govt. security etc., lodged as security deposit tothe Commandant, ITB Police by the time and date as specified in the acceptance of tender.
