Sarajevo, 10.8.2004 .Public announcementThe Secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia andHerzegovina, Fuad Sabeta, met today with the delegation of the AustralianFederal State of South Australia, lead by Minister for Justice, MichaelAtkinson .The visit of the Australian delegation has the goal of establishing contacts withB&H Government so that new possibilities of cooperation could be opened .Secretary Sabeta informed the guests from Australia about the currentpolitical and economic situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with emphasis ona number of possibilities of investment of capital in our country .He talked about the goals of our country, such as total stability, stability ofinstitutions, economic development, privatisation, improvement and increaseof living standards of the population of B&H, as well as the foreign-politicalpriorities .The participants emphasised the need for the opening of an AustralianEmbassy in Sarajevo, which would bring an additional stimulus to thestrengthening of economic cooperation .During talks the need for the continuation of mutual contacts and cooperationwas confirmed .Travel Report, Hon .
