He spent hischildhood with his parents in Pazin and in Duga Resa . He finished theprimary and secondary school in Duga Resa .He finished two-years of college at the Faculty of Economics in 1985, and hegraduated from the Faculty of Crime Science in Zagreb in 1994 .His first job was in 1980 as the bank officer in Ljubljanska Banka . Since 1985he worked as a civil servant in local government, and since 1989 he wasworking in the police forces and since then he was doing these jobs :Since 1989 he worked in the police station in Duga Resa as the crime officer,1992 he became the deputy commander of the same station, where heworked until 1993, when he became the manager of the Division of organisedcrime in the Police Department karlovacka . He was doing this job until 1994,when he was promoted to the Head of the police department of the samePolice Department in Karlovac . In 1997 he started to work in the Crime policeand became the Head of the Crime police department, and in 2000 he wasassigned a new job in the headquarters of the Ministry of the Interior, inZagreb, as the Head of the General crime department .
