Bernie owned and operated <strong>Dupree</strong>’s Super Service in Smithfield from 1955 – 1982 when heretired. A US Navy veteran he was the last living charter member <strong>of</strong> Pine Level AmericanLegion Post 405. He was a member <strong>of</strong> the Pine Level Free Will Baptist Church. A gravesideservice, with military honors, will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the Selma MemorialGardens with the Rev.
