Itshould have adequate flow-ability.(c) The material shall develop adequate binding property on mixing withhydrated lime in order to be suitable for production of Chrome Orebriquette.(d) The density of molasses supplied shall be 1.35gm per cc minimum.(e) Total reducing sugar should be 45% to 48%.4) Quantity: 720 MT.5) Period of Supply: 12(twelve) months from the date of LOI/Work Order. Incase, for any reason the buyer is not able to procure the ordered quantitywithin the contract period, the buyer has the option to extend the period ofsupply for another one month at the same price, terms & conditions.6) Termination of the Contract: Purchaser shall have the right to terminatethe contract by giving thirty days notice without assigning any reason thereof.However, in the event of any breach of terms of contract, Purchaser shall havethe right to terminate the contract giving 7(seven) days notice to thesupplier and in that case, Security Deposit shall be forfeited.Signature & Seal of Tenderer
107) Despatch Procedure: The molasses should be delivered in sealed tankers.Each consignment shall be accompanied with the following documents.i) Delivery challan indicating tanker number, date of dispatch, dispatchquantity etc.ii) Central Excise duty paid documents (transporter’s copy) under thetariff heading No.17039090 in order to avail the CENVAT credit. Inabsence of this document, if at any point of time, the Central ExciseAuthority disallows reimbursement of CED already paid to thesupplier, the same shall be recovered from the supplier in any manneras deemed fit.8) Delivery:(a) The supplier shall deliver 60 MT of molasses at our Works per month,i.e 15 MT (approx) each week unless otherwise advised. This quantitymay increase/decrease depending upon our requirement and availabilityof storage space.(b) The material should be delivered at our site within 3 to 7 days of ourwritten/verbal intimation depending on the distance of the place ofloading from the buyer’s site (i.e Jajpur Road Works).(c) The material is to be supplied in phased manner as per the availabilityof storage space on getting our intimation from time to time.9) Weighment: Loading point weight or unloading point weight whichever islower shall be final for all accounting purposes both for cost of molasses andtransportation. However, if so desired by the supplier, they may depute theirauthorized representative to witness weighment at our plant.10) Sampling & Analysis: On arrival of the molasses tanker at our plantweighbridge, our laboratory shall draw sample to determine the density ofeach consignment at the earliest.
