Rules and Regulations 221(b) be consolidated for the purpose of hearing, or for any otherpurpose, with any other proceeding which may have been institutedin the same Region; or(c) be transferred to and continued in any other Region, forthe purpose of consolidation with any proceeding which mayhave been instituted in or transferred to such other Region, or forany other purposes,(d) be severed from any other proceeding with which it mayhave been consolidated pursuant to this Section.The provisions of Sections 3 to 31, inclusive, of this Article shall,insofar as applicable, apply to proceedings before the <strong>Board</strong> pursuantto this Section, and the powers granted to Regional Directors in suchprovisions shall, for the purpose of this Section, be reserved to andexercised by the <strong>Board</strong>. After the transfer of any charge and anyproceeding which may have been instituted in respect thereto fromone Region to another pursuant to this Section, the provisions ofSections 3 to 35, inclusive, of this Article, shall apply to such chargeand such proceeding as if the charge had originally been filed in theRegion to which the transfer is made.SEC. 37. Procedure before the <strong>Board</strong> in cases over which it has assumedjurisdiction.—After a hearing for the purpose of taking evidence uponthe complaint in any proceeding over which the <strong>Board</strong> has assumedjurisdiction in accordance with Section 36 of this Article, the <strong>Board</strong>may—(a) direct that the Trial Examiner prepare an IntermediateReport, in which case the provisions of Sections 32 to 35, inclusive,of the Article shall insofar as applicable govern susbequent procedure,and the powers granted to Regional Directors in suchprovisions shall for the purpose of this Section be reserved to andexercised by the <strong>Board</strong>; or(b) reopen the record and receive further evidence before amember of the <strong>Board</strong>, or other agent or agency; or.(c) issue proposed findings of fact, proposed conclusions of law,and proposed order; or(d) make other disposition of the case.Within fifteen days from the date of filing the Intermediate Reportpursuant to paragraph (a) of this Section, or from the date of issuanceof proposed findings of fact, proposed conclusions of law, and proposedorder, pursuant to paragraph (c) of this Section, any party or counsel
