It should be noted that the percentage of 1-person renteroccupiedhousing within <strong>Pitt</strong> <strong>County</strong> as a whole (37.7%) is significantly influenced by thepresence of college-age students.<strong>Plan</strong>ning ImplicationOwner-occupied and renter-occupied housing needs are relatively consistent across the<strong>County</strong>.
