Randevu ya dadanışmanlık talebiyle ayda yaklaşık150.000 çağrıyı yanıtlıyoruz.Her hastanın sistemde tek birelektronik kaydı var. İstediğinizşubede tedavi olun, doktor sizi birbütün olarak görüyor; tek bir tıbbitarihçeniz bulunuyor sistemde.Daha önemlisi, hasta bu kaydadünyanın herhangi bir yerinden,web üzerinden erişebiliyor.Yurtdışında model alınan entegrebir sağlık kuruluşuyuz. Sadecehastane kurarak ilerlemiyoruz.Birinci basamak hizmetlerle, yanifarklı tıp merkezlerini yapıyaeklemek yoluyla büyüyoruz.Merkez laboratuvarlar kuruyoruz,farklı birimler için farklı kalitebelgelendirmeleri uyguluyoruz.Daha önce insanların sağlık hizmetialmak üzere Avupa’ya, Amerika’yagitmesi doğaldı; “sağlık turizmi”diye bir kavramı beraberindegetirmiyordu bu. Ancak birzaman sonra doğuya doğru biryönelme söz konusu oldu ve bu türseyahatlerden bir “sağlık turizmi”kavramı doğdu. Bu kapsamda,Türkiye ve İstanbul da birer merkezhaline geldi. Artık insanlarınbatıyı değil, farklı vesilelerle bizimbölgemizi tercih etmesi bizleriçin gurur verici. 2000 yılındanbu yana borsaya kote olan ilk vetek sağlık kuruluşu olmamız isefinansal şeffaflık anlayışımızın birgöstergesi. Of course,there are quality hospitals in ourcountry; however, almost all of themare located at one place, in the samebuilding. You may become greater innumber if you have a sound system.The importance we pay totechnological investments is anothercharacteristic of ours. We installedthe first call center in health sectorin 2003-2004. Every month we arereplying approximately 150,000calls related to appointments orconsultancy demands. Each patienthas a unique electronic record inthe system. Get your treatment atwhichever branch you like, the systemsees you as one and therefore youhappen to have only one medicalhistory in the system. More importantthan this, patients can reach theirrecords from anywhere in the worldvia web. We are an integrated healthinstitution which is taken as a modelin foreign countries. We are notmarching on by establishing hospitalsalone. We are growing by meansof first step services, that is, byadding different medical centers intoour body. We are installing centrallaboratories and we apply differentquality certificates for differentunits. It used to be very natural togo to Europe or USA to get healthservices; however, this did not bringthe concept of “health tourism” alongwith itself. In time such destinationshad turned towards east and this“health tourism” concept emerged.In this context, Turkey and İstanbuleach became a center also. People’spreferring our region, not the west,on basis of various reasons makesus proud. Our being the first andonly health institution that have beenquoted on stock exchange since 2000is an indication of our understandingof transparency. Görüştüğünüz doktor,sizinle ilgili bilgileri sistemekaydediyor; odadan çıktığınızdaherhangi bir tanı ünitesineelinizde evrakla gitmiyorsunuz.Ekrana adınız girildiğinde hangidoktorun hangi tetkikleri istediğigörülüyor; filmleriniz de yine aynısisteme bağlı.Yatan hasta odasında dosyalarduvardaki dokunmatik ekranda;dolayısıyla “dosya bulamamak”gibi bir ihtimalle karşılaşılmıyor.Doktor kartını okuttuğunda dosyaotomatik olarak açılıyor ve bilgilersıralanıyor. Bu güvenilir sistemsayesinde hasta kayıtları çok uzunsüre korunuyor ve dolayısıylatedavi sürecinde bilgi kaybı sözkonusu olmuyor.İlaçlar da yine elektronik birsisteme bağlı burada; verilendozun akılda yanlış kalması,anlatılanlardan yanlış mesajalınması gibi, sözel talimatadayalı riskler ortadan kalkmışdurumda. İki doktor birbirindenfarklı ya da birbiriyle çelişen ilaçveya doz önerdiğinde de sistembunu doğrudan reddediyor.İlaçların bulunduğu dolaplarise hemşirelerin parmak iziyleaçılıyor. Kısacası, ilaç tedavisindede yüzde yüz hasta güvenliğikendini gösteriyor.TÜRSAB: Hasta güvenliğini budenli önemseyen bir sistemdedoktor kadrosunun belirlenmeside önemli kriterlere bağlı olsagerek...M. Bahar: Doktorlarımızıda öncelikle tabii ki emeğine,deneyimine güvenerek seçiyoruz.Kriterimiz şu: “Ben bu doktoraçocuğumu, anne babamı, kendimiemanet edebilir miyim?” Busoruya gönül rahatlığıyla “evet”diyebilmek gerekiyor. Many of our colleagueshave already started to tour this placeas a showcase.This building is entirely digitalized.Transactions are carried out without“paper and pen” here. The doctor yousee records your data into the systemand when you leave the room, youare not sent to any diagnostics unitwith a document in your hand. Whenyour name is entered into the relatedscreen, one can see which doctorwanted which examinations; films arealso connected to the same system.Files are on the touchscreen in thepatient’s room and therefore thereis no alternate like “missing files”.When a doctor has his or her cardread, relevant file automatically opensand information is listed. Bahar: Our aim is to utilize untilthe end the facilities that will providethe patient with a hundred percentsafe treatment.
