1020 mmMechanical welding smoke filter, stationarywith one exhaust armStationary welding smoke filters have been developed to beused at fixed welding stations, in welding cabins or trainingworkshops. They can be mounted to a wall, a column or a freestandingpillar. The stationary welding smoke filter can be equipped with flexibleexhaust arms or rigid metal tube arms. In additionto the 2 m, 3 m and 4 m exhaust arms, also 5 m, 6 m, or 7 mexhaust arms can be connected. Those will be fixedwith an additional console and consist of a 3 m long extensionand a standard flexible exhaust arm or a standardrigid metal tube arm.The stationary unit comes with a control-box that can bemounted at a comfortable height. The control of the machine islocated inside the box, so that it can be switched on from there. The display for the filter monitor and the connecting plug for theclamp of the optional automatic start-stop is alsolocated there.A preliminary filter cleans the polluted air from coarse particles, before the main filter seperates the finest dust particles. The filter insert of the welding smoke filter works according tothe principle of depth filtration and will be replaced aftersaturation by a new one.Units with flexible exhaust armsPart No. Description ₤85 100 100 Welding smoke filter, one arm, 2,0 m 2.474,0085 100 101 Welding smoke filter, one arm, 3,0 m 2.512,0085 100 102 Welding smoke filter, one arm, 4,0 m 2.558,0085 100 103 Welding smoke filter, one arm, 5,0 m 2.955,0085 100 104 Welding smoke filter, one arm, 6,0 m 3.158,0085 100 132 Welding smoke filter, one arm, 7,0 m 3.301,0092 919 Additional cost for activated charcoal filter 912,90Units with rigid metal tube armsPart No. Description ₤85 100 105 Welding smoke filter, one arm, 2,0 m 2.647,0085 100 106 Welding smoke filter, one arm, 3,0 m 2.755,0085 100 107 Welding smoke filter, one arm, 4,0 m 2.863,0085 100 108 Welding smoke filter, one arm, 5,0 m 3.095,0085 100 109 Welding smoke filter, one arm, 6,0 m 3.306,0085 100 133 Welding smoke filter, one arm, 7,0 m 3.447,0092 919 Additional cost for activated charcoal filter 912,90Technical dataFan permormance:2.200 m³/hExtraction capacity (max.):1.200 m³/hMotor power:1,1 kWPower supply:3 x 400 V / 50 HzFilter effeciency: 99,9 %Noise level:68 dB(A)Weight:85,0 kgDimensions (w x d x h):655 x 655 x 1.000 mm655 mm655 mm| 52
