Due to self-cleaningfilter cartridges it is suitable for the frequent use at heavy dutyapplications. It can be mounted to the wall, a column or a freestandingpillar.The filter cartridges work according to the principle of surfacefiltration, the captured dust particles cannot penetrate the filtermedia. This is achieved by an KemTex ® ePTFE membranewhich is laminated onto the actual cartridge filter material.The unique microstructure of the KemTex ® ePTFE-membraneconsists of millions of fine fibres, which hold back even thesmallest particles. Especially during the welding and cuttingprocess superfine particles are generated, which are averagedbetween 0,1 μm and 1,0 μm. They are therefore alveole exchangeable.Especially those particles deposit on thealveole (pulmonary alveoli), reach the bloodstream, could diffusethrough the vascular wall and then deposit in the body.The filter status, as well as all the other functions will be controlledby the integrated control. Reaching a certain limit value,the filter cartridges will gently be cleaned one after another andthe collected dust can easily be disposed by the dust collectingbin.
