Beyond this,we recommend that all KEMPER componentslike filter units, exhaust arms, weldingtables and the referring ducting areinstalled by our qualified and experiencedKEMPER personnel. The commissioningof the system and a training for the usersare of course part of the installation.The KEMPER MaintenanceExtraction and filter units are health andsafety relevant devices and must thereforebe tested and maintained on a regularbasis. This legislation has to be observed.The control of the system 8000 and 9000shows a message when the next serviceis necessary. The KEMPER serviceteam can carry out the maintenace atthe KEMPER filter units and all relatedcomponents. Regular maintenance isrecommended, for a long and optimaloperation of the filter unit.MaintenanceTo ensure the optimal durable operationof the unit, we recommend a servicecontract for your KEMPER extraction andfilter unit. Furthermore, the compliancewith all current legislations is assured. Accordingto that, a yearly maintenance andtest, documented in an inspection book,is prescribed by law. During this yearlymaintenance visit, all functions are testedand required adjustments are carried out.The service contract covers all labour,changing of worn out parts and travel expenses.Only the spare parts themselvesare charged separately.Full ServiceSo that you do not need to take care tomeet the statutorily deadlines, KEMPERcan offer a complete service for yourextraction and filter unit. You can fullyconcentrate on your tasks, we take careof the optimal operation of the KEMPERunit. From the first day on we look afterthe filter unit and already 50 hours aftercommissioning the unit will be visually inspected.After that, the unit will be testedand serviced on a regular basis followingthe individual requirements. If necessary,worn out parts or the filter cartridges willbe exchanged. In case of malfunctionswe will be on site in the shortest possibletime to solve the problem. The full servicecovers all wear and tear parts, filtercartridges and travel expenses. The onlypre-condition is that the unit is equippedwith a modem for telediagnosis. Thecosts for this service consist of a basiclump sum depending to the type of unitand a running time part.81 |
