• Track all FCA/PCA action items until closure.FCA/PCA Chairperson responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Chairs the FCA/PCA.• Coordinates scheduling with CM.• Approves the FCA/PCA plan and implementation instruction.• Screen action items for accuracy.• Prepares FCA/PCA Report for submittal.• Recommends action item resolution approval to CMB.• Upon closure of all FCA/PCA action items, submit final report to CMBrecommending closure of FCA/PCA.FCA/PCA Team member responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Represents functional area at FCA/PCA.• Performs responsibilities as directed by FCA/PCA plan, implementationinstruction, and FCA/PCA Chair.• Prepares and uses checklists and forms to identify items.• Prepares action items to identify anomalies, submit to CM.• Prepares and implements proposed resolutions to action items as directed.CMB responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Monitors FCA/PCA progress.• Approves FCA/PCA Report.• Reviews and approves FCA/PCA action item resolutions.• Reviews and approves final FCA/PCA Report.• Directs final FCA/PCA Report submittal in accordance with contractrequirements.Docsscb5c.doc Page 37 of 93 2/23/2007
