5. ProtocolsCMB meetings will be held at the direction <strong>of</strong> the CMB Chairperson. Emergency meetingscan be scheduled by the CMB Chairperson within one week <strong>of</strong> the requestor’s notice.Agendas will be distributed as approved by the CMB Chairperson. Items not contained inthe agenda may be discussed, at the discretion <strong>of</strong> the Chairperson.5.1. BaselinesThe CMB Secretary will record pertinent information, including Members in attendance anddecisions/actions associated with each proposed change. CMB minutes from the previous meetingwill typically be distributed within three working days <strong>of</strong> the meeting. Change packages will bedistributed to Members as soon as possible prior to a scheduled meeting. Disposition directiondetailing the actions decided upon for each proposed change will be recorded in the minutes by theCMB Secretariat, and monitored for implementation. Action items assigned at CMB meetings willbe monitored by the Chairperson to assure timely closure.The <strong>DOCS</strong> project works with the following baselines:• The Current Baseline, which consists <strong>of</strong> the existing baseline configuration• The <strong>Plan</strong>ned Baseline, which consists <strong>of</strong> the Current Baseline plus those SCRs whichhave been approved, but have not yet been implemented• The Projected Baseline, which is a long term planning, conceptual baseline servingas a tool for documenting future views <strong>of</strong> known or anticipated needs.Docsscb5c.doc Page 50 <strong>of</strong> 93 2/23/2007
