8. Backup and RestoreThe object of the backup and restore processes is to ensure the software life cycle data isstored in a secure environment and can be retrieve in timely in manner. The backup andrestore processes will be established by a backup plan established with the use of Arcservebackup software.Electronic records removed from the directories will be dumped to appropriate storagedevices, controlled and retained in a secure environment by the CM manager. All changepaper will be retained by the CM manager in a shared directory on the DOCS servers.The CM Manager will be responsible for providing a duplicate set of the electronic recordsand change paper to the Office of Information - Customer Service representative located inthe L’Enfant Plaza facility.
