One Day Registration<br />

� All Conference sessions on the selected day (Tuesday,<br />

Wednesday or Thursday)<br />

� Entrance to the exhibition on the selected day<br />

� Morning and afternoon teas on the selected day *<br />

� Lunch will need to have been purchased ahead of time via<br />

online registration form<br />

� Conference satchel with conference proceedings on CD-ROM<br />

� Conference material<br />

*Kosher and Halal meals needed to have been ordered in<br />

advance via the registration form. Special meals may incur<br />

additional fees. If you have ordered a special meal please speak<br />

to a member of the catering staff to have it brought to you at<br />

break times.<br />

Exhibition<br />

The exhibition is located in the Grand Hall, Ground Floor,<br />

Convention Centre Bayside. The exhibition opening hours are as<br />

follows:<br />

Monday 24 May 2010 Exhibition Closed<br />

Tuesday 25 May 2010 1030 – 1900<br />

Wednesday 26 May 2010 0830 - 1730<br />

Thursday 27 May 2010 0830 - 1600<br />

Internet<br />

Wireless internet connection is available for all delegates to use<br />

in the Exhibition Area, located in the Bayside Grand Hall,<br />

ground floor. See below for the login details:<br />

Messages<br />

For delegates‘ convenience, messages for other delegates may<br />

be left at the Registration Desk. The staff at the Registration<br />

Desk will contact the recipient to help ensure the message is<br />

received.<br />

Mobile Phones<br />

For the convenience of all delegates please ensure your mobile<br />

is turned to silent or off during sessions.<br />

Unauthorised Audio/Video Recording of tutorial,<br />

plenary or technical sessions is not permitted.<br />

Name Badges<br />

For security purposes, delegates and exhibitors must wear their<br />

name badges at all times during the Conference. Entrance to<br />

the exhibition and the sessions will be limited to badge holders<br />

only. All fully registered delegates, paper registrations and<br />

accompanying persons name badges will allow entry to the Ice<br />

Breaker Reception (Monday), Conference Welcome (Tuesday),<br />
