A child should have the right to rest and engage in recreationalactivities appropriate to his/her age. Management should make sure that child labour isnot endorsed and workers’ children have their childhood’s rights guaranteed. ১০. টজারপূর্বক শ্রম এবং শাস্তিমূলক ব্যবস্ার নিষেধাজ্ঞা10. Prohibition of forced labour and disciplinary measuresব্যাখ্যা: আইনি কাঠাণিাণত সব শ্রমিকের কাজ ছেণড দেওযার অধিকার আছে। এ টষেণরে শ্রমিকদেরবিরুদ্ধে হুমকি এবং চাপ (শারীরিক বা মানসিক) দেওযা যাবে না।প্ত্যাশা: টজারপূর্বক কাজ করাণনার জন্য চাকরি শুরুর আগে জামানত নেওযা অথবা শ্রমিকেরপরিচযমূলক নথিপরে জমা নেওযা সম্ূ্মে নিষিদ্ধ। দৈহিক শাস্তি, মানসিক ও শারীরিক বল প্ণযাগ এবংগালাগালি করা যাবে না।Explanation: All workers should be free to terminate their contracts within the legalframework.
