ARTICLE IVTERMINATION BY THE BOARD FROM A COACHING POSITIONSECTION C4.1 The Board may for any reason terminate a coach from a coachingposition within the thirty (30) day period immediately following the last game or match of theseason. Notice of termination together with the reason or reasons therefore, shall be given to himin writing within the thirty (30) day period immediately following the last game or match of theseason. If requested by the coach in writing, the Board shall meet with the coach to discuss thereasons for the termination.SECTION C4.2 The Board may terminate a coach from a coaching position at any timefor good and sufficient cause as determined by the Board after according the coach anopportunity to present to the Board hislher views as to why the termination should not beeffected.
