SECTION 5 Time LimitsAny Grievance not initiated or appealed to the next Level of the Grievance Procedure inaccordance with the time limits specified herein shall be deemed waived by the Grievant.Failure on the part of the Administration to meet or communicate an answer to the Grievant atany Level of the Grievance Procedure shall permit the Grievant to proceed to the next Level inaccordance with the procedures set forth herein. The time limits specified herein may beextended only by written agreement between the Grievant or Grievant's AssociationRepresentative <strong>and</strong> the Administrator at the Level at which the Grievance is pending.SECTION 6 Grievance FormsGrievances shall be filed <strong>and</strong> processed on Grievance forms agreed to by the Association<strong>and</strong> the Superintendent or his or her Designee.SECTION 1ARTICLE VSALARIESa) <strong>Salary</strong> rates payable to Teachers during the term of this Agreement shall be set forth onthe schedules contained on Appendices A-I, A-2, A-3, <strong>and</strong> A-4, attached hereto.b) The salaries set forth on Appendix A constitute remuneration for all work performedby Teachers during their respective normal work years for which no extra compensation isspecifically provided for elsewhere in this Agreement, whether such work is performed duringthe regular school day or the regular work day or at other times. Such salaries are referred to inthis Agreement as the Teachers' "regular pay", respectively.SECTION 2Any Teacher performing work during the summer, outside his or her normal work year,involved in work experience <strong>and</strong> job-related activities except as otherwise provided shall be paidin accordance with the following schedules for each full normal work week he or she performssuch work as assigned. Pay for such work less than a normal workweek will be prorated on thebasis of time worked that week.a. For Classroom instruction:Effective July 1,<strong>2011</strong>: $750 per week for a 20 hour work weekEffective July 1,2012: $755 per week for a 20 hour work weekEffective July 1,2013: $765 per week for a 20 hour work weekb. For Curriculum writing/all other:Effective July 1,<strong>2011</strong>: $29 per hourEffective July 1,2012: $29.20 per hourEffective July 1,2013: $29.56 per hour{OO362235.DOC Ver. I} 6
