The resulting data were converted topercentages and the percentages were used to determine the number of questions related to eachdomain and task that should appear on the multiple‐choice CCM examination. Certification Renewalo Denial of recertification pointsRequests for an appeal must be made no later than 30 days after the applicant is deniedcertification. Within 60 days of the receipt of the written appeal, the Ethics, Grievance, Appealsand Disciplinary Committee or Board of Governors will conclude its deliberations. A similarappeals process is in place for eligibility and renewal appeals.
