To see if the Town will vote to amend Town By-law Article III, Section 5 by striking the present article in its entirety, andinserting the following: There shall be a Capital Planning Committee. That Committee shall consist of five members to be appointed asfollows. One member each designated by the Finance Committee, the Selectmen, the School Committee and the Planning Board, and afifth member chosen at large by the Town moderator.
