The tower is located in a suburban area, yet nearly50 percent <strong>of</strong> the employees use transportation alternatives.This is due to the tower’s location at a SkyTrain rapid transitstation, as well as TravelChoices, a TDM program includingthe following elements:• Each organization in the building has a TravelChoicesrepresentative who administers the program;• Showers and secure bike lockers are provided forcyclists;• Free access to fitness facilities, showers and lockers areprovided;• A ride-matching service links potential carpool partnerswithin the complex;• Preferential parking is reserved for carpools andvanpools;• A guaranteed ride home program is <strong>of</strong>fered; and• An incentive program awards “TravelBucks” to eachemployee that uses alternative transportation to and fromwork.
