Significant problems, may be non compliant, back tostage 1 of the cycle.By bringing together all the in<strong>for</strong>mation frommonitoring and evaluation it’s possible to report on anyissues or limitations of the new rota, and to see howthese might compare with the original objectives andspecification. The audit trail provided by the <strong>Rota</strong> LifeCycle will evidence decisions taken regarding any issueshighlighted earlier in this process, allowing any furthernecessary modifications to follow an in<strong>for</strong>med andtransparent process.
