7. ReviewThe three possible outcomes at this stage are:1. Success. Congratulations! The rota is compliant andstable2. Needs slight tweaking and re monitoring3. Significant problems, may be non compliant, back tostage 1 of the cycle.By bringing together all the information frommonitoring and evaluation it’s possible to report on anyissues or limitations of the new rota, and to see howthese might compare with the original objectives andspecification. The audit trail provided by the Rota LifeCycle will evidence decisions taken regarding any issueshighlighted earlier in this process, allowing any furthernecessary modifications to follow an informed andtransparent process.
