Whilst every care is taken in carrying out buyers’<br />
instructions, neither <strong>Bloomsbury</strong> <strong>Auctions</strong>, nor their<br />
staff can be held responsible for any errors made.<br />
All successful bids are subject to a 22% plus VAT (26.4%)<br />
of the hammer price up to £300,000, and 12% plus VAT<br />
(14.40%) on the hammer price in excess of £300,000<br />
Payment will be accepted, if you are a successful<br />
bidder, by debit card issued by a Uk bank, by bank<br />
transfer, in cash up to £12,000 (subject to relevant<br />
money laundering regulations), or by all major Uk<br />
issued credit cards registered to a Uk billing address<br />
with the exception of American Express and Diners Club.<br />
A surcharge of 3% is payable on all payments made<br />
by credit card. This surcharge does not apply to debit<br />
card payments. Payment may also be made by Sterling<br />
personal cheques drawn on a Uk bank account but<br />
<strong>Bloomsbury</strong> <strong>Auctions</strong> regrets that purchases paid for<br />
by this method can not be collected until your cheque<br />
has cleared.<br />
If you leave an odd bid, the Auctioneer will increase<br />
your bid to the next highest figure.<br />
Bids must be received the day before the sale, in<br />
certain circumstances it may not be possible to<br />
execute bids received on the day of the sale.<br />
