Core Group A is represented by Council’s Event Manager,Infrastructure Maintenance Manager and Team Leader, Risk Manager and Environmental Health Officer. In addition, members fromCore Group B will attend meetings at various times depending on the nature of the event, issues for consideration or expertise required. Itis proposed that Core Group A meet monthly and Core Group B when appropriate to convene.Interdepartmental Events Reference GroupEvent ManagerInfrastructure Maintenance Manager and/or Team LeaderRisk ManagerEnvironmental Health OfficerCore Group BFinance OfficerManager Corporate & orCommunity ServicesEngineering staffBuilding OfficerCommunity Programs OfficerCommunity Services OfficerYouth Development OfficerEvent Coordinator/Media LiaisonTourism CoordinatorDevonport City Promotions21
