CONTESTClarification: To earn “Leadership Explosion 2010”, (aka the tripcontest for “Beverly Hills 90210”)… People who are working towardspersonally fulfilling the qualifications for the two segments, DO needto submit 15 personal shows (totaling minimum $4500 net sales) ANDsponsor six (6) or more qualified recruits (three must be personal) duringEACH of the two “segments” of the contest. Secondly, it IS acceptableif BOTH Area promotions required to win Segment One and SegmentTwo, take place (actually promote) during Segment Two, the second halfof the contest.If you’re CURRENTLY a Fashion Director, Branch Director, or Region Manager…Award yourself a pay-raise and take a step up the ladder…It’s time for you to promote to Area Manager!In Segment One of the contest, (February 3rd to April 28th), meet the following 4-part challenge.• Submit a minimum of FIFTEEN personal shows* totaling a min. of $4500 net sales(that’s an average of just FIVE $300 shows per month!)• Recruit a minimum of SIX new qualified* Fashion Directors direct to you or your direct FD(s).(Three of which must be Personal recruits.)For Example: You personally recruit and qualify three Fashion Directors, and three more fashion directors arerecruited from your Fashion Directors direct to you.• Promote to Area Manager.• Develop and promote ONE Fashion Director who is direct to you to Area Manager.Now, REPEAT!!In Segment Two of the contest, (May 5th through July 28th), achieve the following 3-part challenge.• Submit a minimum of FIFTEEN personal shows* totaling a min. of $4500 net sales(that’s an average of just FIVE $300 shows per month!)• Sponsor a minimum of SIX qualified* new Fashion Directors direct to you or your direct FD(s).(Three of which must be Personal recruits.)• Develop & promote ONE Fashion Director who is direct to you to Area Manager.By achieving BOTH Segment One AND Segment Two within their respective time period, you will have promotedto Area manager and you will have developed/promoted two other Area managers from within your group!
