The pulsed laser light is fedinto the microscope via a standard single-modeoptical fibre. A high speed detector assembly isattached to a suitable optical output of the scanhead. Both directly coupled and fibre-coupledversions are available. A large variety of detectormodules is available for single-wavelength, dualwavelength,or multispectral detection in 16wavelength channels. The signals of all detectorchannels are recorded simultaneously by multidimensionalTCSPC, resulting in excellent efficiencyand time resolution. Typical applicationsare multi-spectral autofluorescence imaging oftissue, pH imaging in tissue, combined FLIMand SHG imaging, and investigation of proteininteraction by FRET.The laser is a joint product of BH and LASOSTCSPC technique covered by patents DE 43 39 784 and DE 43 39 787Becker & Hickl GmbHNahmitzer Damm 3012277 Berlin, GermanyTel. +49 30 787 56 32Fax +49 30 787 57 34info@becker-hickl.comwww.becker-hickl.comLASOS Lasertechnik GmbHCarl-Zeiss-Promenade 1007745 Jena, GermanyTel. +49 3641-2944-54Fax +49 3641 2944-17lasosinfo@lasos.comwww.lasos.comUK Representative:Photonic SolutionsPLCTel. +44 1316648122sales@psplc.comwww.psplc.comUS Representative:Boston Electronics Corp91 Boylston Street, Brookline.Massachusetts 02445 USATel: (800) 347 5445 or (617) 566 3821Fax: (617) 731 0935tcspc@boselec com, www.boselec.com
