According to thisagreement, charmec would invoice ksek 875 at the sixpoints of time specified above. In addition, Banverketwould make an in-kind investment valued at ksek 1500.Another agreement was reached in March-April 2001between Banverket and Chalmers/charmec on the vb5project “Wave propagation under high-speed trains” inwhich Banverket’s cash contribution is ksek 1365 duringStage 3 and ksek 385 during the first part of Stage 4.According to the agreement, charmec would invoiceduring Stage 3 at the five points of time 2001-05-01,2001-09-01, 2002-03-01, 2002-09-01 and <strong>2003</strong>-03-01. Theamounts are ksek 227.5 on 2001-05-01 and 2001-09-01,ksek 262.5 on 2002-03-01 and 2002-09-01, and ksek 385on <strong>2003</strong>-03-01. An agreement to invoice ksek 220 on2000-09-01 had already been reached during Stage 2.During the spring 2002, Banverket decided to contribute,in addition to the above, 50% of the fundingrequired for the two track switch projects ts7 andmu14, i e ksek 450 (Stage 3)+ksek 600 (Stage 4), andksek 400 (Stage 3) + ksek 750 (Stage 4), respectively.Further, during the autumn 2002, Banverket decided tocontribute to the project sp7 “Lateral track stability”ksek 300 + ksek 365 during Stages 3 and 4, respectively.The amounts ksek 450 +ksek 400 +ksek 300 for Stage 3are included in the budget shown in Table 1.Chalmers University of Technology also supports itscompetence centres financially.
