Mr. Öhman hasalso been a director of <strong>Preem</strong> since 1994. Mr. Öhman served as a director of the former <strong>Corral</strong> <strong>Petroleum</strong> <strong>Holdings</strong>beginning in 1994, and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of that company from April 1999 until its mergerwith <strong>Preem</strong> in October 2008. From 1996 to 1999, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MidrocScandinavia <strong>AB</strong>, in which Mr. Al-Amoudi has a majority interest. Since 1993, Mr. Öhman has been Director of <strong>Business</strong>Development at International Construction Management Consultants (UK) Limited. From 1991 to 1992, Mr. Öhman was incharge of Management and <strong>Business</strong> Development at <strong>AB</strong>V Rock Group KB, based in Riyadh. From 1983 to 1991, he wasinvolved in international project financing at <strong>AB</strong>V <strong>AB</strong>/NCC <strong>AB</strong>, Stockholm.Lars Nelson has been a director of <strong>Preem</strong> since 1996. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of <strong>Preem</strong> from1996 to 2003. From 1981 to 1996, he was President of Skandinaviska Raffinaderi <strong>AB</strong> Scanraff. <strong>Preem</strong> has employedMr. Nelson in various capacities since 1974. Mr. Nelson is also a director of Midroc Rodoverken <strong>AB</strong>, a subsidiary of MidrocScandinavia <strong>AB</strong>, and a director of Société Anonyme Marocaine de l’Industrie du Raffinage (“SAMIR”). Mr. Höjgård was Chief Financial Officer of <strong>Preem</strong>from 1990 until his retirement in March 31, 2007. He was succeeded by Mr. Heimburg. Mr. Höjgård has served in similarpositions in several <strong>publ</strong>ic industrial companies. Before his employment with <strong>Preem</strong>, he was a partner in a managementconsultancy company from 1985 to 1990. Since January 2009, Mr. Höjgård has been the Chairman of the Board of Shelton<strong>Petroleum</strong> <strong>AB</strong>.48
Michael G:son Löw has been Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of <strong>Preem</strong> sinceJanuary 2003. Mr. Löw also is a director of SPI Services <strong>AB</strong>, Industri- och Kemigruppen <strong>AB</strong>, Västra Hamnen Energy <strong>AB</strong>,Huda Trading <strong>AB</strong>, the Swedish-Russian Chamber of Commerce, Boliden <strong>AB</strong>, Norstel <strong>AB</strong>, Svenskt Näringsliv (theConfederation of Swedish Enterprise) and Industriarbetsgivarna (a service company for the Swedish Industrial and ChemicalEmployers Association). Mr. Löw is vice chairman in Industri/ kemigruppen (the Swedish Industrial and ChemicalEmployers Assocation). Before joining <strong>Preem</strong>, Mr. Löw worked for almost 27 years for the American oil companyConoco Inc., later renamed ConocoPhillips, where he held a number of top management positions. He has been based inEurope, Asia and the United States, covering, for example, marketing, supply and trading, refining and finance. He was amember of Conoco’s European and Asian leadership teams, a director of several local affiliates and Chairman of Conoco’sNordic operations.Jason Milazzo has been Vice Chairman of the Board of <strong>Corral</strong> <strong>Petroleum</strong> <strong>Holdings</strong> since November 2009.Mr. Milazzo has also been the First Vice Chairman of the Board of <strong>Preem</strong> since August 2009. Mr. Milazzo was previouslywith Morgan Stanley & Co. for 13 years and held various senior management positions in its Investment Banking Division,including co-head of Global Natural Resources Group and Global Head of Corporate Finance Group. Mr. Milazzo is alsoVice Chairman of the Board of Svenska <strong>Petroleum</strong> Exploration <strong>AB</strong>, Chairman of the Board of <strong>Corral</strong> Morocco Gas & Oiland the Vice Chairman of SAMIR.Sven-Erik Zachrisson has been a director of <strong>Preem</strong> since 1992. From March 2005 until August 2009,Mr. Zachrisson served as First Vice-Chairman of the Board of <strong>Preem</strong>, and between 1996 and March 2005 he was Chairmanof the Board of <strong>Preem</strong>. Prior to that, between 1992 until 1996, Mr. Zachrisson was President and Chief Executive Officer of<strong>Preem</strong> and between 1987 and 1992 he was Manager of Group Development at <strong>Preem</strong>. Currently, Mr. Zachrisson devotesapproximately 15-20% of his time to <strong>Preem</strong>. Since 2009, he has also served as Chairman of the Board of Petrogrand <strong>AB</strong>, a<strong>publ</strong>icly listed company. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Svenska <strong>Petroleum</strong> Exploration from 1996until 2008. Mr. Zachrisson has been active in the petroleum business since 1976.Ghazi Habib has been a director of <strong>Preem</strong> since 1994. He was President of <strong>Corral</strong> <strong>Petroleum</strong> <strong>Holdings</strong> from 1994 to1999. He is also a director of SAMIR and Svenska <strong>Petroleum</strong> Exploration. Between 1988 and 1994, Dr. Habib served asSenior Vice-President of Saudi Arabian Marketing and Refining Company (“SAMAREC”). He has also served as the deputygovernor in Petromin, a general <strong>Petroleum</strong> and Minerals organization. Dr. Habib is an associate professor of IndustrialManagement at King Fahd University of <strong>Petroleum</strong> and Minerals. Dr. Habib was the Chairman of the Board of Fortuna Co.in Lebanon and a director of Naft Services Co. in Saudi Arabia.Cristian Mattsson has served as an employee representative on the Board of <strong>Preem</strong> since 2003. Mr. Mattsson hasbeen employed as a technician at <strong>Preem</strong>raff Lysekil since 1988.Bassam Aburdene has been a director of <strong>Corral</strong> <strong>Petroleum</strong> <strong>Holdings</strong> since 2007. Mr. Aburdene has also been adirector of <strong>Preem</strong> since 2001. In addition, Mr. Aburdene has been a director of SAMIR since 1996 and of Fortuna <strong>Holdings</strong>Company, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Moroncha <strong>Holdings</strong>, which, in turn, is wholly owned by Mr. Al-Amoudi,since 1995. Mr. Aburdene was also a director of Midroc Scandinavia <strong>AB</strong> until 2002. Since 1985, he has been a principalshareholder of the Capital Trust Group, which, through its subsidiaries, has provided international merchant and investmentbanking services to Former <strong>Corral</strong> <strong>Petroleum</strong> <strong>Holdings</strong>, <strong>Preem</strong>, and other companies related to Mr. Al-Amoudi. See “RelatedParty Transactions.” Mr. Aburdene is also a director of a number of <strong>publ</strong>icly and privately held companies, includingSAMIR and <strong>Corral</strong> Morocco.Andreas Viefhaus has been Executive Vice President, Head of Sales and Marketing of <strong>Preem</strong> since January 2008.He joined the company in May 2005 as head of the retail division. Before joining <strong>Preem</strong>, Mr. Viefhaus held several seniormanagement positions as marketing director at Schwarzkopf & Henkel and Henkel KGaA. Mr. Viefhaus is a member of theSwedish-German Chamber of Commerce in Stockholm.Lennart Sundén has been a director of <strong>Preem</strong> since 2005. Mr. Sundén is presently the chairman of Aura LightInternational <strong>AB</strong>. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sanitec Corporation from 2005 to 2006, the Presidentand Chief Executive Officer of Swedish Match <strong>AB</strong> from 1998 to 2004, and was employed in a number of positions with <strong>AB</strong>Electrolux from 1977 to 1998.Per Olsson has been Executive Vice-President, Refining since 2007. Since 1981, Mr. Olsson has held variouspositions at <strong>Preem</strong>raff Gothenburg and was Managing Director of <strong>Preem</strong>raff Gothenburg from 1992 to 2001 and ManagingDirector of <strong>Preem</strong>raff Lysekil from 2001 until 2007.Jan Henricsson has served as an employee representative on the Board of <strong>Preem</strong> since 2006.
