Mr. Al-Amoudi is also the sole shareholder ofMoroncha Holdings (the sole shareholder of Corral Petroleum Holdings and Corral Petroleum Holdings’ parent company).See “Ownership of Common Stock” and “Related Party Transactions” for additional information.Richard Öhman has been a director of the Issuer (formerly known as Corral Finans) since 2007. Mr. Öhman hasalso been a director of Preem since 1994. Mr. Öhman served as a director of the former Corral Petroleum Holdingsbeginning in 1994, and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of that company from April 1999 until its mergerwith Preem in October 2008. From 1996 to 1999, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MidrocScandinavia AB, in which Mr. Al-Amoudi has a majority interest. Since 1993, Mr. Öhman has been Director of BusinessDevelopment at International Construction Management Consultants (UK) Limited. From 1991 to 1992, Mr. Öhman was incharge of Management and Business Development at ABV Rock Group KB, based in Riyadh. From 1983 to 1991, he wasinvolved in international project financing at ABV AB/NCC AB, Stockholm.Lars Nelson has been a director of Preem since 1996. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Preem from1996 to 2003. From 1981 to 1996, he was President of Skandinaviska Raffinaderi AB Scanraff. Preem has employedMr. Nelson in various capacities since 1974. Mr. Nelson is also a director of Midroc Rodoverken AB, a subsidiary of MidrocScandinavia AB, and a director of Société Anonyme Marocaine de l’Industrie du Raffinage (“SAMIR”). See “Related PartyTransactions.”Per Höjgård has been a director of Preem since March 2007. Mr. Höjgård was Chief Financial Officer of Preemfrom 1990 until his retirement in March 31, 2007. He was succeeded by Mr. Heimburg. Mr. Höjgård has served in similarpositions in several public industrial companies. Before his employment with Preem, he was a partner in a managementconsultancy company from 1985 to 1990. Since January 2009, Mr. Höjgård has been the Chairman of the Board of SheltonPetroleum AB.48
