a. Remember, in step 2 you determined the "grid interval" plotting size to be 2 centimeters. Setthis measurement on a pair of dividers. Now, place one point of the dividers at the center of the sheet(where the two centerlines cross), then with the other needlepoint make a small pinprick on thehorizontal and vertical centerlines. At this point we will have four pinpricks exactly 2 centimeters fromthe center of the grid (fig 2-14).Figure 2-14. One dot on vertical/horizontal centerlines.b. Now, keeping the same measurement, place one needlepoint where one of the centerlines andfirst grid line meet.
