Directory informationincludes (but is not limited to): name, address, telephone number, e-mail, date and place ofbirth, spouse’s name, home state, previous schools attended, denomination and presbyteryaffiliation (if any), number of hours completed, dates of attendance, photo, degree programand concentration, enrollment type (full-time, part-time, less than half-time), degrees, campusand awards received with date of graduation. Information published in <strong>the</strong> student directorywill be public through <strong>the</strong> publication of <strong>the</strong> next student directory, regardless of whe<strong>the</strong>r ornot <strong>the</strong> student continues to be enrolled. NOTE: Individuals who take courses as part of ourLifetime of Ministry program will not be included in <strong>the</strong> directory.5. <strong>Student</strong>s who wish to keep all of <strong>the</strong>ir directory information confidential must notify <strong>the</strong>Registrar in writing no later than <strong>the</strong> end of <strong>the</strong> second week of <strong>the</strong> academic term.6. <strong>Student</strong>s have <strong>the</strong> right to file a complaint with <strong>the</strong> U.S. Department of Education allegingfailure by <strong>the</strong> <strong>Seminary</strong> to comply with FERPA requirements. Courses with substantial memorization(notably languages, church history, psychological disorders and Bible content) require more time.When planning schedules for work and ministry, students must factor in <strong>the</strong>ir study loads. These loadsmay require that <strong>the</strong> student reduce course units to maintain godly priorities.<strong>Student</strong>s in MAC internships experience a particularly heavy load.
