Sec. 420Self Storage FacilityA Self Storage Facility is a fully enclosed structure with individual, secured units(accessed with or without supervisions) used for the exclusive purpose of storageof non-hazardous business or personal materials. The footprint of the structureshall be no larger than 15,000 sq. ft. in size. The building shall not exceed aheight of 35’; and shall be required to meet all applicable lot standards of the zonein which it is located. There shall be no outside storage of any kind includingsuch large items such as RVs and boats. The structure shall be landscaped withplantings sufficient to buffer the structure from adjacent properties. Thearchitectural design of the building shall be consistent with the New Englandvernacular and shall include such features as pitched roofs, vertical rectanglewindows, and brick, clapboard or shingle siding.
