other existing and foreseeable communication facilities in the area, andshall identify and include all feasible mitigation measures consistent withthe technological requirements of the proposed communication service.k. Identify any other telecommunication facilities existing or proposed on thesite.l. Details of all accessory structures including buildings, parking areas,utilities, gates, access roads, etc.m. Structural requirements:(1) Telecommunication towers shall be designed and installed inaccordance with the most current standards of the ElectronicIndustries Association (EIA) Structural Standards for SteelAntenna Towers and Antenna Supporting Structures.(2) The applicant's engineer shall provide documentation showing thatthe proposed transmission tower meets or exceeds the most currentstandards of the American National Standards InstituteANSI/EIA/TIA-222 for Cumberland County relative to wind and1/2" ice loads when the tower is fully loaded with antennas,transmitters, and other equipment as described in the submittedplan.(3) For towers or antennas placed on buildings or alternative towerstructures (ATS), the applicant shall also provide writtencertification that the building or ATS itself is structurally capableof safely supporting the tower or antennas and their accompanyingequipment.433.4 SPACE AND BULK STANDARDSa. Tower HeightTowers shall not exceed a height of one hundred (100) feet, except thatwhere evidence of acceptable design and co-location is provided, thePlanning Board may approve an additional twenty-five (25) feet of towerheight per each additional wireless communication service co-locator, notto exceed the following maximum tower heights:"HC" Highway Commercial; "LB" Local Business, and "IB" IslandBusiness:175 feetb.
