Myendorsement comes with recognition that the 2008/09 delivery was planned to be 283 cwd and inFebruary 2009 TDHB were 62cwd (10 patients) behind in this plan for the reasons you haveoutlined.I therefore believe, that support for the plan outlined in your paper alongside a casemix deliveryaim for 2009/10 of 240cwd, with graduated increases each following year, is a sensible approachand would be happy to support this clinically.
