The above price takes care of the fact that it is compulsory forbidding all the items of the individual Lot of Annexure - II & Non bidding any item of theindividual Lot of Annexure - II6.) The above price takes care of the fact that the general conditions of all the materials are ‘Old, Usedand Rejected” and to be accepted on “As is where is” and “No complaint basis” and as per terms &conditions of the OFA Document.7.) The above rate takes care of all other points of complete OFA Document with annexure, appendix,corrigendum and addendum etc.19
