The opening of Phase 2 allows <strong>for</strong> more traffic <strong>and</strong> morerevenue when compared to <strong>Toll</strong>ing Plan A. Similarly, <strong>Toll</strong>ing Plan D assumes a similar tollingstructure to Plan C, but also assumes that Phase 2 of the Highway <strong>156</strong> project is open in 2025. Asummary table of annual gross toll revenues <strong>for</strong> each plan is presented below. As noted, O&M costsare assumed to be 15% of gross revenues, so net toll revenues are equal to 85% of the annualrevenue numbers presented below.
