1.4 History1.4 HistoryUnicenter CA-Scheduler creates an online history record for every schedule orjob that is under its control. The history records are part of the job Masterdatabase. They are created in a wraparound fashion and they holdinformation about the last seven executions of the schedule or job.The history records are used for online history reports, so these reports arelimited to the last seven executions of the schedule or job. However, thehistory records may be archived to a sequential data set (see BACKUPHISTORY batch utility command).Notice that the BACKUP HISTORY command does not delete the onlinehistory. It flags the records so they do not get backed up again. The AdvantageCA-Earl report writer can be used to produce history reports from thearchived history data set (see documentation on the Advantage CA-Earl reportwriter in the Advantage CA-Earl Reference Guide and the Unicenter CA-SchedulerReference Guide Part 2..Chapter 1.
