Hizb Tawheed Wal-QitaalPREFACEAll Praise is due to Allāh (SWT) Lord of the Worlds. Who said in theHoly Qur‘ān;قُلْ‏ مَن بِيَدِهِ‏ مَمَكُوتُ‏ كُلِّ‏ شَيْ‏ ءٍ‏ وَىُوَ‏ يُجِيرُ‏ وَالَ‏ يُجَارُ‏ عَمَيْوِ‏ إِنكُنتُمْ‏ تَعْمَمُوَن" Say: "Who is it in whose hands is the governance of all things,-who protects [all], but is not protected [of any]? [Say] if ye know."”And also said;يَا أَيُّيَا ٱلَّذِينَ‏ آمَنُواْ‏ خُذُواْ‏ حِذْرَكُمْ‏"O ye who believe! Take your precaution, ”(An-Nisaa: 71)And also said elsewhere;وَأَنزْلْنَا ٱلْحَدِيدَ‏ فِيوِ‏ بَأْسٌ‏ شَدِيدٌ‏ وَمَنَافِعُ‏ لِمنَّاسِ‏ وَلِيَعْمَمَ‏ ٱلمَّوُ‏ مَن يَنصُرُهُ‏ وَرُسُمَوُ‏بِٱلْغَيْبِ‏ إِنَّ‏ ٱلمَّوَ‏ قَوِيٌّ‏ عَزِيزٌ‏" and We sent down Iron, in which is [material for] mighty war, aswell as many benefits for mankind, that Allah may test who it isthat will help, Unseen, Him and His messengers: For Allah is Full ofStrength, Exalted in Might [and able to enforce His Will]. "He (SWT) also said;(Al-Hadīd: 25)وَمَايَعْمَمُ‏ جُنُودَ‏ رَبِّكَ‏ إِالَّ‏ ىُوَ‏ وَمَا ىِىَ‏ إِالَّ‏ ذِكْرَىٰ‏ لِمْبَشَِر“…and none can know the forces of thy Lord, except He and this isno other than a warning to mankind.”(Muddathir: 31)May the Peace and Blessings of Allāh Most High be upon theProphet Muhammad the Commander of the Mujāhidīn, who said -“War is Deception”, and may this Divine Blessing be upon thefamily and companions of the final Messenger, peace be upon him.The Compilation Of Security And Intelligence Principles Page 7
