The only other thing that I cansay about him is just that he is a fantastic kid .There has to be a kid with brains in any formand we're not missing out. John VROLAND fillsthat spot. I don't think he got under 75 per cent.in any of his mid-year subjects. He comes rattlingto school in his ancient 1941 Sunbeam Talbot. It'sreally not a bad car (I had to say that becausehe has got my arm twisted up my back). Mt.Buller would be his second home, this is wherethey call him the "Lady Killer". With all hischarm he could impress anybody.After J.V. comes J. Grantham WOFF (anotherone from the outback). This boy comes from"Salt"-excuse me , I think it must be Sale . (Nooffence meant.) He is the star footballer of theclass, and he plays for Carlton "/irds". Position,centre half-back. Also Grant, as he is popularlycalled, is a motor-bike demon and an excellentSpanish guitar player, he plays this with exquisitestyle.Bringing up the rear is that great friend ofM. W . Noel WOOTTEN. It is rumoured that hespends most of his money on Tatts tickets in thename of 850 (Morris). 1 think he ruight want acar. Is a conscientious student, heat engines beinghis strongest subject. Is occasionally picked forthe School Tennis Team, but when he is pickedthe opposing team doesn't turn up (must be luck).\Ve have found it hard putting up with our sisterform, 7Cl. who are just a pack of chalk throwing,duster snatching, stool stealing students, They arealso, J!!
